Location was walking distance from subway,it's very safe and most people speak English which helps a lot. The view was magnificent the stove, dishes and washing machine with dryer was a pleasant surprise.
Towels were too small and few. There was no iron.

Nice place to stay. We had 2 apartments for 5 people and everything was just super. Very nice with CU convenience store in first floor. Be aware that pool is not included, but can be bought separately

Facility is clean and accessible
Having to ask for fresh supply of tissues and towels. No drinking water supplied. Towels are small sized. There is need for a person to assist at the reception.

Instructions were fine but the young person that sit behind the service desk in the lobby are the worst attitude and rude.
When asking a question, they were on their phone and doesn't even look up to reply back to questions about cleaning and checking in and out of the rooms. These people are your front for your business and their lack of professionalism will make other customers give a bad review.
