Got a complimentary room upgrade to a suite, so plenty of space, and washing machine .
Staff very helpful and professional.
Breakfast was not to our taste(UK), all the cooked food was left to get cold. No proper cups for hot drinks, had to use paper cups.

It’s so convenient to be next to the Jeonju Ktx station. Was quiet. Super clean. Modern bathroom facilities. The parking was also free so my friends could pick me up easily. I loved the spacious room and city street view.
TV was hard to master and would not always be on “tv” mode when i turned it on. I had to press many buttons to get it to work.

Good location. Few mins walk from Jeonju station. Convenience stores nearby. Bus stop a few hundred meters away which makes it easy to get to Jeonju Hanok Village and other places too like Lotte Mall. Bed and aircon was good. It was hard to communicate with the staff with little English but they still tried their best to assist so that wasn't so bad.
The room description mentioned a tumble dryer but it was actually an LG Steamer which can only dry 2 items at a time. The shower in our room also didn't have any partition (not even a curtain) so the whole bathroom was wet after a shower.

We booked a suite for 3 people and room was spacious.
Even though my booking was a suite for 3 people, they only had 1 double bed in the room and I was told at check-in that I had to paid an extra fee for a futon and pillow for the third person. The other option given was to downgrade to a regular room which would come with an extra bed.
Although this suite provided amenities like an induction stove and microwave, no utensils/cookware were provided and when we checked with the front desk, we were informed that such provisions were not available.
