I stumbled upon this property and was shocked how great it was just for the location. Everything I wanted to do in Athens was within an easy walking distance of this property and there were even more activities I enjoyed simply because they were so close to this apartment.
Just on the same block, there's one of the top tour bus operators (same building), an understated but famous historical location including rare visible portion of the dry Ilisos river bed (across the street), Temple of the Olympian Zeus (across the street and next to Hadrian's Arch), Pallada Olive Oil (across two streets), a well stocked grocery, and a great vegan restaurant! Several public transportation options on the same block or very close, as well.
I did so much more than I thought I would simply thanks to staying at this property!
While so close to many top tourist destinations, the area is very quiet even with windows open.
In addition, I really appreciated how communicative and accommodating the hosts were. They were very helpful letting me store my bags before checkin time and regularly reached out to see how I was enjoying the stay.
I wish that the stairwell was lit. There's a motion sensitive light on one of the floors but it simply flashes a couple of times ruining night vision. Late in my stay, I discovered a switch on the wall just outside this apartment. It turned on the lights in all lower (upper?) halls on some kind of timer but I never found a corresponding switch at the lowest level of the dark stairs.
It's my problem rather than that of the property but, as a large American, I couldn't quite get used to the shower and its corner curtain constantly billowing in to touch me. Obviously, that's how air pressure works but it would've been nice if there were some weights to hold down the curtain (tried using clothes pins and creating air gaps but never solved it). Also, there was no way to keep water inside the shower basin but there's a drain outside so no big deal once I figured out not to leave the bath mat so close it got wet.
Bed was a bit firm for my taste but the futon in the entrance area is softer so that's an option for anyone who can't abide the bed.

Está situado justo encima de una empresa de turismo, por lo que las excursiones están justo abajo. A apenas unos minutos andando, se encuentra la parada de metro Acrópolis, por lo que está muy bien comunicado.
Las camas son muy cómodas, y no hay ruido.
Todo está muy cerca del piso, hay sitios para comer y cenar cerca, y los barrios más interesantes de Atenas a un paso.
El tema del agua caliente es complicado, creo que los días que estuvimos no le pillamos el tranquillo, porque no conseguíamos tene agua caliente para todos, pero como fuimos en verano y hacia mucho calor, tampoco la echamos en falta.
Tampoco había microondas, y eso para desayunar y calentar la cena sí que lo echamos de menos.

The location is amazing. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was very spacious and had also a small balcony. Air conditioning was working excellent. Large space to put your clothing. The place was quiet, pleasant.
