Welcome to Etxeparea, our large family house in Ustaritz, perfect for up to 15 guests with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Etxeparea is a true family home, full of history, character, and charming signs of time. Here, you won’t find a new house with standard finishes—instead, you’ll enjoy space, warmth, and authenticity.
The house is ideal for travelers looking for a welcoming place to share great moments together. Enjoy the large garden, barbecue, balcony, and ample parking, while easily exploring Bayonne, Biarritz, and all the treasures of the Basque Country.
Cycling enthusiasts can reach Bayonne from Ustaritz along the river via a bike path. The house also offers a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and TV. It’s about an 18-minute drive from Biarritz Airport.
Pets are welcome. However, parties and events are not allowed. The house does not have air conditioning, but its thick old walls keep it pleasantly cool.
