Plenty of space for the family to spread out with two living areas, central kitchen overlooking pool, three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The light is beautiful in the afternoons when the sun is setting and makes the golf course look really lovely. You will often see the local flocks of cockatoos and galahs feeding in the gum trees. The cockatoos have been known to come down to the pool for a drink early some mornings. The space Big spacious rooms, large bathrooms and comfortable. The house is all on one level allowing for easy accessibility. All of the living areas look out over the pool and golf course. There is two distinct separate living rooms with a door that can be closed to shut them off from each other. One living room has a dining table with eight chairs, large lounge and a big screen smart TV. The second living room is toward the back of the house and includes the kitchen and breakfast bar area. This living room looks directly to the golf course. Pets are welcome and we especially love dogs. The front yard is fully fenced with an electric gate across the driveway. The yard is fenced in three zones, the pool area, the front yard and the back yard. There is a dog door leading into the laundry that would suit up to a medium size dog. The front door is electronic and guests will receive a code on check in day. This allows for guests to check in at a time of their choosing without having to meet up to collect keys. Other things to note There is plenty of off street parking on the driveway inside the security gates and there is room on the street outside the property as well. The house is located in a residential suburb that is very family orientated. It is a short walk from the local high school and Helensvale Aquatic Centre. The theme parks are all minutes away by car. You can also walk from the house to Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, Paradise Country, Outback Spectacular and Top Golf. It takes about 20 minutes.
