Nestled in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $81 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Brand new home in Surfside Beach!! Completed in November 2022, this home is perfect for families or friends looking to escape to their own beach getaway! The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fantastic deck with peek-a-boo views of the beach!! The beach is about 200 yards away, so a very easy walk or golf cart ride away! Complete with BBQ pit, lots of outdoor seating, lighting fast wifi, 65 inch 4K TV, large dining table and open living room / kitchen, this home has it all! We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

We enjoyed every square inch of the newer construction home. From watching the surfers and large ships at jetty park to surf fishing from the beach it was very relaxing. We will probably stay here again next year.

Overall it's a lovely home, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was grimy and one of our beds had stained pillow cases and crumbs in the bed. The toilets weren't well cleaned and the floors hadn't been mopped. There was no hand soap or laundry soap so we couldn't use the bed with the dirty sheets. The property manager was fairly quick in responding, and the housekeeper dropped off what we needed within a few hours of requesting. The housekeeper just dropped off a set of sheets when requested instead of actually changing the sheets. And as others have noted, the water is really gross. Has a sulphur smell and salty taste. The fridge filter does nothing for the taste or smell. We had to buy gallons of water during our stay. We wouldn't stay here again, but overall it was ok for the weekend, just felt gross in places. Note that the check in instructions are sent one hour before check-in time, there is no house booklet online or in the house, and there were no check out instructions.

Overall we had had a wonderful stay here. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The location is great. The area around the house was nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

the overall checkin process was quick and easy; the house on the other hand had some issues especially the water that smelled like sewer water; the owner said surfside water is usually cloudy, which i was already aware of since this isn’t my first time here. the smell of the water was ridiculous & we had to buy gallons of water to use to shower because the water had the worst stench. Otherwise, the house was close to the beach which made things easier for us especially with a baby. I doubt my family would want to come back to this specific house just due to the water sanitary issues and the owners were not taking it seriously.

The check-in & out process was easy. The worst part of our stay was the water. Their water was extremely salty. There is a filter to use, but the water pours slowly and it is not well maintained as far as the setting of the faucet head & base of the sink was not very secure. The location was good, but not easily accessible to the beach. We had to drive about 5 miles to find a FREE public beach access (Seagull Ave & Stanek Dr). The deck and patio furniture are absolutely wonderful! The mattress in the first bedroom and very back bedroom were phenomenal to sleep on. The bedroom shared with bunkbeds, the room in the middle, was not as comfortable as the other two beds, per my sister-in-law who slept in that room. The bunk beds reportedly were comfortable, per the kids wjo slept in them. The couch sinks, which some don't mind that while others do. The kitchen table only fits 6 people so it's not as inviting as a family of more who may choose to rent it, although the house sleeps more than 6. The AC works wonderfully, water pressure from commodes & showers is fabulous. The water stays hot while showing, even while running the dishwasher and washing machine and afrer multiple people had already showered. The grill is a great addition as well as ample parking under the stilts. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Surfside! Thank you so much!!

The home was easy to book. The property manager kept in contact with us. The home was great and a short drive from the public beach entrance. The area was peaceful at night. We had a large group including small children and we all fit in the home without it feeling overcrowded. It was great!

This beautiful beach house is exactly like the pictures online.Our family enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. We loved that it was so close to the beach. We will definitely return to this property.

While we were speaking to the owner, they mentioned that this home was newly built this year, and it shows! It was beautiful on the inside and all the furniture was so comfortable! (We even asked the owner what beds they use so we can get them for our next one) We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck and patio areas that all of us could sit on while enjoying our meals.
