Located in a gated community, you'll have access to two fenced pools (one of which overlooks the lakes) and two fenced hot tubs. The area is perfect for picnics with so many bodies of water nearby. Pick a spot together and dine while indulging in the picturesque views. Make a day out of a trip to the heart of Hot Springs and take advantage of the numerous attractions. Design a field trip for the kids by taking them to one of the many museums or trekking on a nature trail. The area is teeming with local restaurants begging to be tried, so be sure to sample one before heading back. Inside, you'll be greeted by abundant warm, natural light and a spacious interior. After an eventful day out, lounge on the comfy sectional and watch your favorite shows on the TV. When hunger strikes, have the group chef whip up a feast to remember in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy a hearty meal together, then stroll onto the balcony and gaze at the beautiful backdrop. As the sun begins to set, go for a scenic walk along the water's edge. When the evening draws to a close, know you'll rest well in the uniquely outfitted bedrooms. Additional highlights include a private washer/dryer, cable TV, and central air-conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). The fireplace is not operational. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: Please note that the availability of our pool is seasonal. The pool opens each year in observance of Labor Day and remains open until Memorial Day. Guests planning their stay outside of this period should be aware that the pool will not be accessible. Dock details: The on-site pools and hot tubs open on April 1st and close on October 1st. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo is a nice unit with nice lake views and is tucked in a very quiet, gated community that has plenty of space for walking a dog if needed. Hot Springs isn't terribly big, so you are close to everything no matter where you stay. While the condo was clean and comfortable, I do have to complain about the beds. The mattresses were some of the hardest/most uncomfortable we have experienced and it would be a great idea to perhaps change these out? The only other complaint I would have is the TV needs to be on a wall mount that can be turned. We don't typically have time for watching TV on these trips, but we actually had some spare time one night and decided to watch a movie. Oddly, the couch is offset to the TV, which cannot be turned, so you find yourself sitting off to the side of the TV at a weird angle. Maybe it is a trivial gripe, but it is also an easy fix with a mount that can rotate side to side. Overall, it is a nice unit and it met our needs for this trip. We actually are from Hot Springs, so we can attest the location is a great spot.

This condo was awesome ! It was very clean , GREAT location to everything ! Downtown , shopping , restaurants, lake , & grocery store . Would stay here again .. also very safe , it was gated & quite .. loved it !
