Both bedrooms have king beds and TV's. The living area has a large flat screen TV with surround sound. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking experience. The unit has a stacked washer and dryer. The complex has a pool, pickle ball court, and a picnic area on the water. You have plenty of places to fish, swim or just enjoy the sun. Magic Springs and Crystal Falls located 7 miles away, downtown is approx. 5 miles away. Hot Springs Mall, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, less than a mile away. This unit is located off of 7 South. This is a gated community. Boat slip is not included but typically one is available for rent prior to booking.

Condo was very clean and well organized. The king size beds are awesome. You cannot beat this view of Lake Hamilton. I would recommend to bring your own body wash and shampoo. This is not provided. We love that it’s a gated complex and very secure. Highly recommend if you have a trip to Hot Springs. We will definitely come back.
