Upon entering the security gates, your private oasis awaits you at the bottom of the hill, right on the water! You'll love the views from this second-floor unit. Park in your reserved space, walk up a flight of stairs, enter your code in the keypad on the door and you're set for a weekend (or a week!) of fun and excitement or a weekend of restful relaxation. Our renovated two-bedroom and two bathroom condo is perfect for up to six people. The upgraded kitchen features stainless appliances and granite countertops. We've got all the cookware, dishes, and a few little extras here to make your culinary experience a breeze. Our eat-in kitchen bar for two is convenient for lazy mornings when you don't feel like setting the four-person dining table. A stackable washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen for washing and drying your beach towels and swimsuits. Entering into the open concept living and entertainment area, the room is immersed in natural light echoed by the shimmering sun glistening off the lake. You'll immediately be drawn to the large glass doors that open up onto your private balcony where you can enjoy patio dining and seating. Coming back inside, you'll love the comfortable furnishings we've provided. This oversized living area is perfect for entertaining! Our interior designer thought of all the small touches that you'll appreciate. Watch the game or your favorite show on the smart TV while enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Hamilton from your comfy spot. This unit provides an air mattress for additional guest! The two bedrooms both feature super comfortable king-size beds and smart TV in master bedroom only. (when you want to have a little time to yourself). The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a changing area and vanity with seating to help with getting ready for a day at the races, an evening dinner, or a night out on the town! You'll appreciate the large walk-in tiled shower and extra space we have for getting ready for a fun day or night. Staying in? Step out onto the balcony and take in the fresh air and gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton. Our guest bedroom also has a king-size bed, with a hall bath just outside your door that features a tiled shower and bathtub combo. Want to bring along a couple more people? Air mattress provided for additional guest! This is the best lake condo location in Hot Springs! Conveniently located off Central Ave (that leads straight to Oaklawn and Bathhouse Row), we are within minutes of anything you could possibly need or want. Arrive by boat at a few of our favorite restaurants from your boat slip: Back Porch Grill, Sam's Pizza Pub, and Bubba Brews! Check out the neighborhood section below for more detail. PARKING: Our condo comes with a reserved parking space near the front door. You will find the condo number on the curb. Guest parking is available near the condo and throughout the property. We kindly ask that you avoid parking in any other reserved parking space. ACCESSIBILITY: Enter through the security gates by entering the gate code, to be given upon confirmation, into the keypad located in front of the mailboxes. There is an entrance gate and an exit gate. To exit the community, follow the signs and drive to the left of the pool and tennis court to the exit gate. Please do not exit from the entrance gate. We arrive after 6 pm. The condo was easy to access, looked just like the picture. The only issue was wifi and internet had a glitch. I contacted the host and they sent help. It was fixed by mid morning. Everybody was courteous and attentive. Would stay here again. Thx. The Nances

This condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. Our two kids stayed with us one night and there was plenty of room. The beds very comfortable and condo is spacious and clean. The views are beautiful and the location is perfect close to everything you need. We brought our boat and enjoyed the covered dock that is close to the condo. The internet worked fine for us and my son was even able to play his Xbox. Great price and we will stay again!

This condo definitely has a wow factor with its decor and is in a great location. There were just a few issues. The main problem was I booked this unit because it said it had a sofa sleeper and we had 3 separate adults staying here. It did not have a sofa sleeper so we had one adult sleeping on the couch for 3 nights. The thermostat had a mind of its own and either froze us in the middle of the night at 65 degrees or cranked it up to 77 degrees. I wish there'd been thicker blankets for that 65 degree night. The remote control to the TV was broken but we were able to download one to our phone. I left a note that it was broken so hopefully it was replaced. All in all, its a beautiful condo and our only main issue was not enough beds accordng to the listing.

Overall it was great. The technology (TVs in bedrooms don’t work, remote in living was broke, Wi-Fi info was incorrect) was an issue and the place is certainly showing it’s age in many areas but it had what we needed.

Perfect location for restaurants and about 30 minutes or a little less to wedding venue at Royal wedding barn. Very relaxing condo w/great balcony views of Lake Hamilton. Only 1 problem w/the guest room TV. Wall mounted Polaroid TV wouldn’t work but could have been user error. TV’s in living area & Master we’re easy to use. Very nice place. Thx!!

The lake was absolutely huge, would definitely consider coming back in summertime and enjoying the lake life! Hot springs has lots to offer but plan ahead many restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We love J&S Italian restaurant!

This was our first trip to Hot Springs and it did not disappoint! We were hoping for some down time to relax but to also have some fun things to do. Staying here gave us exactly what we needed. The view of the lake with the gorgeous sunsets was perfect. We could walk to the boat rentals, a few restaurants, and a spa. Didn’t have to leave the area. But within a few miles there was so many other fun things to do. We walked the trails downtown as well as enjoyed the spas, restaurants, and shops. We played on the best putt-putt course we’ve ever had the experience to at The Pirates Cove Adventure Golf! And took the opportunity to go diamond hunting. Was such a fun trip and know we will make this a regular place for our family in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our trip at the condo! The location was close to everything, and it was very spacious! The listing stated a pull-out sofa was included, but that was not the case. The owner was very respondent and stated an air mattress would be delivered the next day, and it was. The remote was missing from the 2nd bedroom, but it wasn't an issue for us. The cleaning detail could be better, as there was cobwebs in the master bedroom fan, and furniture had clearly not been dusted recently. Overall, the condo was great and we'd definitely consider booking again!

Condo was nice. An owner came in on Friday and parked his truck and trailer with ATV across the parking spots. Which made it hard for us to park when we came back in from dinner. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the sunsets.

The condo was very cozy and comfortable. The lake view was awesome! Access into the property was quick and easy. The only issue that we had was with the wifi; but we were able to connect to my hotspot for our stay. Overall a great place, close to just about everything--from downtown to Lake Catherine. It is very conveniently located. We will stay again!

Wonderful place to bring the family and enjoy the amazing sunsets on Lake Hamilton! We love having a boat slip available so we can bring the boat and take full advantage of being on the Lake! It was a very friendly atmosphere and we thoroughly enjoyed our repeat stay on Catalina Circle! Thank you! Hope to be back soon!
