Detached villa in Fontane Bianche-Siracusa , Sicily, Italy totally renovated January 2021.
Exclusive services such as latest generation in-ground pool with electrolysis system.
Large solarium equipped with sunbeds , umbrella and relax corner with sofas and small tables, outdoor shower and barbecue area.
Ample indoor parking and two covered verandas, front and rear of the villa.
Panoramic equipped terrace with sea view.
The villa consists of two double bedrooms complete with air conditioning and TV set with new furniture.
Main bathroom equipped with shower cabin and double bathroom also equipped with shower and washing machine.
New and modern kitchen equipped with every comfort (ventilated electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, food scale, refrigerator and 4 burner stove) cutlery and dishes provided.
Living room/living room complete with table, chairs , TV , double sofa bed and air conditioning.
Additional accessories in the villa, wi-FI, video intercom, bedding and sponges for bathroom and pool.
Possibility of linen change on request.
Villa is 400 metres away from the beach (5 minutes walk).
Only pets up to 5 kg are allowed.

We stayed at Villa Gioia for a week and would thoroughly recommend a visit here! From start to finish our interactions with Riccaardo were great, he was very welcoming and made us feel at home in the Villa, as well as providing information in the run up to our arrival.The villa itself is beautifully presented and has everything you need - special thanks to Riccardo for the welcome basket, and extra treats delivered throughout our stay! The location is perfect for exploring the Southern part of the island with most 'must-visit' destinations within either 30 mins-1 hrs drive, as well as having a few small eateries and cafes close by for days at the Villa. The villa is in a very secure location off road, behind two locked gates, making it feel safe and peaceful. A wonderful family holiday and a brilliant place to stay, thank you!

This house is a real gem in Fontane Bianche. The pictures in the listing match the property accurately. We stayed for 4 nights but easily could have done double or triple that--this place is so quiet and comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. Our host, Riccardo had a bottle of wine and a basket of and a basket of breakfast pastries waiting for us and met us after hours with no issues. There isn't a ton of action in FB itself, but this is a great launch pad to see Siracuse/Ortigia, Noto, Modica/Ragusa, without all the driving/parking issues you will find in these more populated areas. There is a great pizza restaurant only about 5 minutes away, La Capannina, that is on par with anything you will find in Sicily and they do take out. As with most private hosted locations in this price range, the kitchen is small, so don't plan on preparing a 6-course meal here, lol. Also, as with all places you might stay in Italy, when you check in, make sure the hot water is turned on and operational (trust me). Also note, the pool is not heated so plan on coming in the Summer if warm water is your thing. All-in-all, would definitely stay here again! Thanks Riccardo

Villa Gioia was amazing! The property was even more beautiful than we were expecting, and stocked with everything we could need. Riccardo and Stefania were the perfect hosts. Communication was great, and the check-in process was very smooth. Riccardo greeted us with a welcome basket of goodies and a bottle of wine, and then he came back two days later with fresh croissants from the bakery. Amazing! Lastly, the pool was clean, great temperature and just perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again!
