A renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath North Tampa home for up to 10 guests with a private heated pool. Busch Gardens is 9 minutes away, ZooTampa 8. A heated pool, game tables and a fenced yard make it a fit for theme-park weeks, family trips and small reunions.
The living room opens straight into the recreation area, so the pool table and ping pong table are part of the main space. Out back, a heated in-ground pool is ringed with seating, with a covered patio, grill and gazebo in a fully fenced yard. Three bedrooms plus a bed in the living room sleep 10, a 5-minute walk from Forest Hills Park.

★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a 65–70°F pool. Heat cannot be switched on or off mid-stay.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms. Guests 9 and 10 use the living-room bed, and Bedroom 3 is reached through Bedroom 2.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, maximum 50 lbs each, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

Pros: Good value for what is provided. The communication with the rental company was smooth and prompt. The outdoor area is nice with the pool and seating options (although there was no hammock as advertised in the listing pictures). The kitchen was fairly well equipped. It was very convenient having laundry and laundry detergent. The living room couch was super comfortable. Easy parking with the car port. There were minimal rules when leaving the property regarding cleaning which made leaving less stressful. For example we didn't have to worry about moving trash barrels, stripping sheets, etc like we did at other properties. There are plenty of towels and pillows available (although bath towels and beach towels were pretty small and thin, not what is pictured in the listing). Cons: There were outdoor cameras including facing the pool, outdoor seating area, car port and front doorbell without being disclosed in the listing. Some of the vinyl flooring was cracked in the king bedroom and kitchen. We weren't able to sleep in the king bed as half of it felt sunken in. (I let the rental company know about these things when asked for feedback). The queen bed was a little bit more comfortable. I was glad we weren't traveling with the maximum amount of people because you need to walk though one bedroom to get to the bedroom with the king bed and second bathroom. I was a little surprised there was no cooking basics like salt, pepper, oil, or a basic cleaner but we made it work.

The property and location was great. Communication with the property management was very easy and they always checked to make sure we were doing ok, and if we needed anything. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely rent this home again.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. They were extemely helpful and gwtting into the home was easy. Our main issue was the cleaniness of the pool. All three of our kids got a rash from swimming in the pool. Our middle child was given steriod ceme for a baterical infection by his doctor who confirmed the infection was from a unclean pool.
