About this apartment rental
This gorgeous apartment is located in the best spot of the island.
You have everything right at your doorstep. Of course the beautiful pool is right at your apartment and Kim Sha Beach is at 2 minutes walking and so is Market Garden Supermarket but also lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars, casinos etc.
This is a perfect 1 bedroom apartment if you want to enjoy all of SXM. This place is great for couples, families, friends and business travelers.
We will be there upon arrival and will always be reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Apartment with a lot of comfort
This apartment has everything you need. The bedroom has a king size bed, lots of storage space and a bathroom. You will also find the comfortable living room with a sofa, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc). We have added a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a beautiful patio with wide open doors to enjoy the breeze.
On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool.
The building has a gated garage and you will have a designated spot.
Book an extra fold-able single bed for 25$ per night.
In the heart of Simpson Bay
Simpson Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to casinos, restaurants and the bakery. Of course the beach is at 2 minutes walking distance too.
There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. There is local transport at 1 minute from your apartment but of course you can also rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island.
Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capital Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport - over Maho Beach. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head.

The property truly is an oasis. The host is extremely helpful and available. The property is fully appointed, clean and quite cozy. This property is an easy walk to the markets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and the beach.
I highly recommend this property and host.
