Spacious with excellent location. Well equipped
The outside needed to be cleaned up before we could sit out in it . Few tweaks blind in main bedroom not functional, downstairs toilet flush not resetting.

It was very clean & the kitchen had everything that was needed to cook along with a dishwasher plus there was a washing machine & a drying rack which was useful as our party included a baby & a toddler. The garden was very secluded which was lovely. There was plenty of space to park. Not far to walk to the beach and the Cove was an excellent place to have lunch with great views of the ocean.
The non en-suite shower’s head needed fixing plus the shower doors didn’t close properly so the bathroom flooded.
The downstairs loo flushed continuously so probably needs a bit of attention.
The kitchen cupboards were confusing as below the hob the 1st drawer could be opened by pulling the top rim, the bottom one had to be pulled from the bottom & the middle one could only be opened if the bottom drawer was opened first. We became used to it.
We thought that the furniture i.e. the dining room table, benches & sofa’s although comfortable were too large for the space making it difficult to move around.

Absolutely beautiful holiday property. Very large and comfortable. Amazing quality of fit out and furnishings. Very close to maenporth beach and the resort has great leisure facilities ie:pool spa etc
