The property was an experience with individual huts. Very clean but small. Walked to the restaurant and our car but was expecting that. Glad we stayed!
Service could have been much better. Restaurant was very slow. Bar was out of too many things.

The location and the setting was unique and gave a feeling of space and intimacy at the same time. Our Hide was fun and we enjoyed the opportunity to stay.
For the price we paid and the quality of the venue, the breakfast service lacked attention to detail and coordination to ensure patrons received high end service.

The hotel was breathtaking on the drive in and very different from what we had stayed in on our trip. The service was very accommodating with an extra special shout out to a specific porter named Jack , we had an issue w our tv and internet and he was amazing at finding a solution, he was at our cabin multiple times in the pouring rain to try to fix the issue and the next day we were surprised w a fix and a sweet note. He really went above and beyond! So thank you!
The main building was very welcoming w a lounge and bar. The breakfast was delicious! It was the last leg of our trip and an absolutely amazing and memorable way to end it ! The cabins were very cozy and beautifully done!

Great location for those who seek quite with amazing view.
But, basically, that's the only upside.
All the rest: staff is horrible, anything but attentive. Each room stands alone. Mine was about 450m from reception. The bellboy that was supposed to carry my luggage didn't come, so I ended carrying it - both ways - myself. The key to the room, an old physical key, didn't work, it was twisted. There is no phone in the room to contact reception, so again I walked there to replace the key.
The room is tiny, not enough hanging or shelves. It is not clean enough - spider webs are present in more than one place. The beds are aoft - but that personal opinion.
When the receptionist was told about those things, on my initiative - they said it will be fixed. It wasn't, and nobody bothered to ask anything upon my checking out
