I like this hotel - in fact after check out I kept returning to it for the swimming pool and roof top. The hotel staff is amazing, they are extremely accommodating and caring. Internet worked great, and they have generators in case there is external issues with electricity. It will be full 10 stars once renovation is completed as they are going through major renovation.
The location is on the calm side of the pyramids and you still get to see the view.
Actually one of the kindest staff I met ( Like despite some issues - everything was fixed and they truly made me feel welcomed even to return back and enjoy facilities - that was so much appreciated!!!)

We loved our stay with my husband at Sofia Pyramids Hotel. The vie from the rooftop to the pyramids is amazing. They also make a maaad Kefta.
But our stay was definitely made amazing thanks to Salah who always went above and beyond. He booked us 2 amazing activities and always tried to meet our needs with our different demands. Amazing man really thank you again Salah !

The location was good and the beds were comfortable.
The mosquito nets let the insects through the door, so we all got bitten pretty bad! Also, the staff automatically added 10% to the final price despite the Booking.com saying all fees and taxes are included in the price. Let me warn you - expect to pay an additional 10%, because the staff will pressure you into it. Also, breakfast included does not include drinks - one needs to pay for all drinks separately. It would be helpful if that was marked on the Booking site to make it clear.
