Fantastic sea view - unparalleled. Great downstairs space. Close to excellent cafe and easy access to beach. Great en-suite bathroom to main bedroom and great to have a full Sky package downstairs for TV option.
Too many rules and reminders all around the house in picture frames - unnecessary. Just put them all in a welcome folder as feels insulting.
Outside of property not totally safe for dogs as advertised, as bottom of fencing has large gaps - needs closing off at bottom.
Property needs maintenance outside, too many weeds, paint peeling from all windows and exterior - just looks tired and not luxury.
2 sets of steep steps to house - so be prepared when booking.
Constant noise from construction next door - not mentioned in any communication from property company and has clearly been going on for some time already.

Amazing location, spacious house that has recently been refurbished to a high standard, comfortable, easy parking, everything we needed for a lovely week. Communication with the host was easy and friendly, very responsive to any requests for information.
