Doskonały obiekt, świetna lokalizacja, blisko dworca a także centrum. Pokój ładny, jasny,czysty. Dobre śniadania 🙂. Na duży plus strefa wspólna gdzie są serwowane śniadania, które również można zjeść na balkonie z widokiem na Etnę 😁. Kuchnia wyposażona w lodówkę, mikrofalowkę, ekspres, czajnik, sztućce itp. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Polecam!!!
Jedyny minus to fakt że nie dało się wziąć gorącego prysznica - jedynie lekko ciepły.

Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko do dworca kolejowego, jak i autobusowego. Do głównej ulicy turystycznej spacerkiem 10 minut. Pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste. Codziennie sprzątanie. Pokój dwuosobowy z łazienką ( nr 4 ) ma jeden minus - jest ciemny. Balkon wychodzi na dziedziniec wewnętrzny, nie dochodzi tam słońce i dociera mało światła. Ale jest cichy. To na plus. Panie zajmujące się obiektem bardzo sympatyczne, pomocne i uśmiechnięte. Możliwość późnego zameldowania self-chekin jak i pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

The property was lovely well furnished, good sized villa with lots of space
The shower in the corridor one of the shower heads were broken, water was wasn’t coming out properly. the toilet seats were broken and there was a constant leak downstairs near the fridge and downstairs toilet, we had to keep putting towels down/ cleaning and mopping and when we woke up in the morning the water had reached up to the dinning table and started to smell like urine, it left a funky smell throughout the day although we would clean, Not what you want to be doing whilst trying to relax on holiday! I contacted the person in charge and he was very rude saying it’s just a bit of water on the floor as I wanted partial refund for the inconvenience caused, I explained it’s a safety hazard as there’s electricity and water and someone could have slipped. He didn’t find any solution to the leak and was arguing back not apologising and then just ignored my messages.
