The strong point of this hotel is no doubt the terrace - the view of the Pyramids was stunning! Breakfast is served on the roof and we also went in the evening to enjoy. In addition, the location is great in that it's very close to the entrance to the pyramids, so you can be there early in the morning which I recommend. The people we met at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
The interior of the hotel isn't the newest or sparkliest, but it's clean and functional and the price is low, so the deal is very fair! The area is not very safe (traffic, scammers) but that's the case everywhere around the pyramids, it's fine if you're prepared.

The staff were amazing, really lovely. The room was big and view of the pyramid was great. Seeing the pyramids from the balcony at the top of the building was an experience to remember and eating breakfast every morning with that view was incredible.
Shower wasn’t very easy to use as it was very small, wet room style bathroom, windows didn’t appear to lock. Couldn’t see a lift for getting upstairs if you needed one (we were fine with the stairs but there were a lot of them to get up to the top)

It was very close the entrance/ticket office for the pyramids.
I didn’t have any issues with the hotel,in fact they were extremely helpful and friendly,but during Ramadan there was a lot of noise from the mosque nearby in the middle of the night and there were dogs barking all night,but this is a area issue not the hotel.
