I was really pleased I booked this place on my return to Saigon after 10 years away. I used to live in District 2 so wanted somewhere calm and quiet, this place didn't disappoint. Really well designed room very spacious, clean uncomfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.
It is more of an apartment type place than a hotel, but the guy who runs it was always available on WhatsApp. He's got a few of these places in the area. Not really a negative.

Location, private room, communication with owner/manager very easy, good value for money.
Traffic in the little lanes of District 2, but that is hardly the hotels fault!

I like that the key was already in the room making it easy not to wait to get helped. The room was spacious and beautiful.
I did not like the fact that there was not coffee sachets at least in the kitchen.
