Je dirai plutôt un point d'ameliiratiin : Créer un petit espace de jeux pour enfants (balançoire, toboggan) si possible.

Excellent Stay at Royal View Apartment
I originally booked a two-bedroom apartment at Queens View Apartment, but due to issues with the accommodation, the owners offered to relocate us to their sister property, Royal View Apartment, prior to our arrival in Ghana.
One member of our party struggled with the stairs to the top floor apartment at Royal View, so I contacted the owner. Fransica was extremely helpful and offered us the next available apartment, a spacious three-bedroom apartment on a lower floor at no extra cost until a ground-floor two-bedroom became available. When it did, we were so comfortable that we decided to remain in the three-bedroom and simply paid the difference from that point.
The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom and toilet, plus an additional bathroom for guests. Our £150 deposit was also promptly returned in the same denomination in which it was paid.
Any issues we reported were dealt with quickly, and all the staff were courteous, helpful and professional. They regularly offered to help carry our shopping when we returned to the apartment.
We also booked their vehicle for our journey to the airport. Our driver, Evans, was incredibly helpful with our luggage both at the apartment and at the airport. His attitude reflected the excellent service we received from the entire Royal View team.
I would certainly stay at Royal View Apartment again on my next holiday and would happily recommend the three-bedroom apartment to others.
Excellent accommodation, excellent staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

From arrival to departure staff were helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Location, easy access to public transport, just a couple of minutes walk to road side, shops and food.
We had issues with our WiFi at some point during our stay which was resolved after it was reported to management
