The cleanliness and the comfort free from a lot of people and traffic. Perfect location not far from any of the things we needed to get too.
Minor things light bulb was out in the master bedroom for the lamp but I didn’t need it anyways. Maybe better WiFi service while watching ESPN App it kept buffering every couple of mins other than that everything was awesome defintely coming back.

The house is obviously quite new, so everything looks good!! The house is really nice and comfortable. It offers all the necessary amenities. Beds are very comfortable.
The central AC is working really fantastic and VERY quiet!!!
Parking is directly at the door. The house is inside a gated community, so everything feels very safe.
We came as a group of three people and - although family (a father and his two grown-up children) - expected to have one bedroom and one bedroom for each of us. Had I really misunderstood the description???
Actually, you have TWO bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed in the upper storey and a rather small bathroom, one with two queensize beds with a bigger bathroom in the middle storey. And you have a restroom on the lower level of the living room (which was much appreciated). But there is no third bedroom and no third bathroom!!!
In the hallway on the top floor, there’s also a loft bed for up to two children (who get along well...). Whoever sleeps there has to use the bathroom on the top floor; but to get there, you have to walk through the bedroom with the king-size bed. So there’s no privacy for anyone there. It’s a rather awkward layout, and I didn’t expect it to be like that. And before this background renting the house is not really cheap.

The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a little problem with the ac when we arrived, due to the previous occupants turning it down too low. The owner got on it immediately and it was quickly repaired. We also liked that the complex is gated and it was easy to get rides downtown on a ride share service.
The largest bed is on the 3rd floor. Renters just need to be aware that sleeping quarters are 2nd and 3rd level.
