The continental breakfast was absolutely fine, great location. Have stayed here before happy to return for the third consecutive year, breaks down a trip to the west country really well
We stayed in the annex, looks a little tired and needs some TLC, will go back to the main hotel next time

Location was good, facilities fantastic especially the spa. Garden room was great as we had our dog with us. The price of our stay was good. Definitely stay again when visiting family.

We stayed in one of the garden apartments. The bed was really comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. It was nice and quiet. Location was ideal for us. Although worn, it was nice to have some comfy chairs to sit on in the room and a little seating area outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not many of them around though.
We were in a garden apartment, so not the main building, we paid a low price and it is clear why. There was a lack of plug sockets beside the bed (but they did give us an extension lead when I asked). Plug socket that was near the bed was loose. Some of the metal fixtures in the bathroom have seen better days and it felt a bit unloved in general. Patio doors didn't seem very secure and we felt like with a good pull they could have been opened from the outside. We may possibly still stay again, just maybe not in one of these apartments.

Lovely spacious room, and pool, steam room and sauna were lovely
Things in the bathroom needed fixing. My 4 year old used the toilet and the metal toilet roll holder wasn’t fixed to the wall properly and fell off there was a piece of wood covering a hole next to the sink that kept falling off. And the shower drain needed a good clean it was full of gunk. The swim times for children is very limited they only get an hour so the hotel isn’t really child friendly. Breakfast wasn’t the best. I ordered bagel with salmon and scrambled egg. The bagel was soggy and the scrambled egg was far too wet. There was only 1 member of staff at breakfast rushed off his feet doing everything.
