Great apartment, totally recommend for this money

The place is really little but well constructed, you have everything you need in there for few nights. You have a free parking right next to the location. Overall really good value for money

The location, before you enter the apartment, it’s a little bit creepy, because you need to go over an almost rotten wooden chain of straits, while the light was also not easy to find. But after you enter the apartment, everything is fine. The heater it’s functioning good, but the sound pollution it’s a lot more over the legal threshold

Liked everything. Fantastic stay. Very comfy bed.

No instructions on how to get hot water out of the coffee machine to make tea. Before booking it would have been good to know there was a key safe and that late check in was OK. The uber driver dropped me at the wrong end of the street as it didn't seem to have a full address on booking.com. I would highly recommend this property as these are just minor suggestions.

Locația este bine situată, am avut acces la tot ce este nevoie: străzi, taxi, internet ! Un loc liniștit, curat și confortabil ! Prețul e foarte bun ! M-am odihnit bine, este foarte important ! Voi veni iar când e necesar.

Mă gândesc că ar fi bună o cană sau un fierbător electric, eu beau ceai ! E mai ușor de făcut !

Remarc receptivitate gazdei, ce a asigurat extra față de dotările camerei (am avut nevoie de un fier de călcat). Zona este foarte liniștită, iar în locația extraordinar de curată, precum și cochetă. De asemenea, este foarte aproape de Gara din Sibiu și de centrul istoric al orașului.

Nu am lucruri negative de remarcat, doar detalii minore. O mică problemă cu bazinul de la WC ce o singură dată nu s-a încărcat cu apă.. problema s-au remediat ușor imediat. De asemenea, ferestrele dau spre o mică curte interioară, unde nu este nimic de văzut, iar garsoniera este localizată într-o casă veche - tipică sibiană (cum sunt toate în zona istorică), în care sunt mai multe familii - subliniez că nu m-au deranjat deloc pe perioada sejurului. Mai menționez că scările sunt de lemn - însă trainice și bune, iar noaptea nu este decât o lumină la intrare în curte.

L’interno della struttura è pulito e nuovo, con tutto il necessario anche ferro da stiro

Non c’è un portone di ingresso, l’ingresso è buio, sporco e inquietante. Il palazzo è in cattive condizioni e per arrivare alla porta di ingresso bisogna passare davanti a due appartamenti che ospitano inquilini inquietanti. Non lo consiglierei per un viaggio in solitaria.
