The rooms are exceptionally spacious, each featuring a private balcony overlooking a lush garden and a serene water stream. The entire setting feels natural, peaceful and aesthetically pleasing. Both the rooms and bathrooms are impeccably clean, with beautifully maintained interiors which are very much in line with what you see in the Google photos.
Although we didn’t meet the owner in person (as he was in Colombo during our stay), he was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout. He promptly addressed all our queries and went above and beyond to assist us during the fuel crisis, even helping arrange tuk-tuks and airport transfers around Mirissa.
The property is slightly remote from the beach and busy areas, which makes it perfect for those seeking tranquility and a true connection with nature. We were delighted to spot plenty of peacocks and a monitor lizard and waking up to the sounds of birds, squirrels and the gentle stream was a unique and refreshing experience. You can even see fish in the stream right from your balcony.
The caretakers deserve special mention…they were polite, humble and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Excellent accommodation, excellent staff, nothing was a problem. The owner spent 16 years as flight attendant with a top airline and knows how to take care about his guests. But he is not only professional, he is also a lovely person. Thank you for late check out after our whale watching trip or the evening snack!
