The location, the space
This is the second time we’ve stayed at these apartments, without actually realising. The first time my mum and sister cleaned our room as there was a lot of dust and very visible handprints. The supplied shampoo and conditioner had mould buildup on the bottles.
Three years later we returned. We received a message as we arrived asking us to ensure the apartment was left clean with all dishes done and rubbish disposed of. As I read this my mum opened the dishwasher to find it full.
The owner was very apologetic when I contacted him.

Key pickup from lockbox was a little tricky for us with one-way streets during peak hour traffic and limited places to pull over in the car. Everything else was great.
