The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. The room is better described as a studio. Each room has a private bathroom, a well stocked kitchenette with a mini-fridge-freezer combo, a microwave, a kettle, plenty of crockery and cutlery. I happened to stay on a cold night and the electric blanket was a godsend. The rooms are clean and well stocked and there is plenty of storage space for longer stays. The property is ideal for contractor accommodation. I expected to it to be noisy given its position in central PMB but I was pleasantly surprised.
I have no complaints. I would be happy to book the property for technicians working on projects in Pietermaritzburg. It’s affordable, practical, comfortable, and clean. They could benefit from updated pictures on a sunny day and some signage at the front gate for newcomers.
