Most important: The bed is absolutely terrible, two worn down mattresses on top of each other that will break your back. I slept on the floor because it hurt less. A guy came in banging at the door around 6am because the host owes them money.
Other details: The apartment is very empty, there’s only a bed in the bedroom, not even night stands. In the kitchen, there’s a tiny table with some crappy stools. There is no couch or any place to relax other than the bed (or the floor). It was kinda clean in the main areas but it was missing atmosphere and then there were issues. It appears it’s not well taken care off and it’s designed to maximise profits by cheaping out on anything that makes a place nice. Balcony door is jamming, window is cracked, the kitchen counter is broken into pieces and about to fall, there are electric cables hanging around. Appliances need to be connected with an extension cord you’ll have to find somewhere hidden, there is no power socket in the bathroom even though the boiler and washing machine are there. The stove ignition doesn’t work and there was no match or lighter, so we couldn’t use it. The shower head mount is obstructed by the boiler, so only hand-held rinsing is possible. The warm water ran out quickly however, and in the morning there was none whatsoever. We informed the host by text about the issue. We were told it was supposed to be central heat, but they sent somebody over to come and troubleshoot. All neighbors in the surrounding apartments are angry at the hosts for a variety of reasons and they let us know.
Bonus: they charged us in cash and then changed the amount on booking.com so they wouldn't have to declare it.
