Boa localização, fácil de chegar ao centro da cidade a pé. Apartamento amplo, tem máquina de lavar e ar condicionado.

- appartement spacieux et bien équipé avec plein de petites attentions (café, lessive etc.)
- bon emplacement
-stationnement facile
-La cuisine manque un peu d'équipements surtout de torchons et essuie tout
-Le hublot de la cuisine n'a pas de rideau occultant il fait jour très tôt dans toute la pièce
- la douche ne donnait que de l'eau très chaude même en réglant l'eau froide au maximum mais c'est sans doute une panne passagère du mitigeur
