Excellent room: large and comfy with everything you could need. The location was also superb, right by Central Park. The staff were also very accommodating.
It was all good, although the soundproofing between floors could be improved.

We cannot rate this gorgeous boutique hotel highly enough. Everything about it is superb. The beds are supremely comfortable, the rooms large and fully equipped - we even had a washing machine! It’s quiet with great soundproofing and triple glazing, despite being on a Main Street.
The staff are so kind and friendly and cannot do enough to help. Wonderful!!
Tainan is a gem of a city. The property is right bang in the middle of the western district close to lots of great food, secret cocktail and wine bars, hidden away down beautiful lanes and alleyways.what a place!!

EVERYTHING! I absolutely loved everything about this place. The location, the staff, the service, the hygiene, and the overall comfort were all completely top-notch. I would have gladly extended my stay if my schedule allowed it! The facilities are fantastic (though we unfortunately ran out of time to check out the free rooftop access).
I especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the bathroom; it has excellent wet/dry separation, so you rarely see water splashing out into the dry area. They even offer free bicycles to borrow, which was incredibly helpful for getting around and exploring Tainan. I highly recommend staying here!
