Unfortunately, we are saddened at how this turned out

We enjoyed being together as a family for a short period of time and in a different place. We liked the space to spread out, the air conditioning, the shower downstairs, and appreciated the ability to prepare our own food with the equipped kitchen. We liked the large window upstairs to look at the stars from inside and how quiet the area is.

We did not appreciate our 300€ cash deposit being held and not returned, and the lack of communication. There was a sliding door handle that didn't work well. However, because Martina opened that particular sliding door upon welcoming us and left it open when she left our presence, we figured she knew it was not working well. So we left it as is and didn't think to report it as problematic. When Martina's daughter came to the home so that we could check out, she pointed out that the door handle didn't work well. We explained that it was like that, but that we didn't call about it being a problem because Martina had handled it before leaving us. The conversation went back and forth with her insisting we should've notified them about the door, and with us explaining that we didn't break it and that we genuinely thought they were aware since it was left that way for us. Needless to say, our deposit was not returned that day... or any day. We were told that they would contact their repairman and let us know the cost and return any remaining funds. Some days had passed after we left, and I sent a message inquiring about the refund. They responded that they still hadn't heard from their repairman and would let me know when they hear from him. A week had passed, and I contacted them again to ask about the status of our refund and to please send an estimate of the repair. I did not receive an answer. I sent a message another week later. No response. I sent another message, all through the booking messaging, and no response. It has now been at least 8-9 weeks since their last interaction with us. My suggestion: choose a place where a cash deposit up front is not required. There are many! I've been reserving places from Booking for so many years. Kuça za odmor villa was the first place that required a cash deposit up front.

Odlični domaćini, uvijek dostupni za sva pitanja i preporuke. Kuća je bila čista i uredna, kao na fotografijama, odlično održavana. Sve preporuke svima koji traže miran i ugodan smještaj!

Hospitality ist was anderes!

Für uns war die Lage gut.

Nicht sauberes Haus,mit Bilden beworben,die nicht diesem Haus gehören.Es sind 2 Häuser.Wir haben keine Privatsphäre gehabt,da den ganzen Nachmittag durch die Besitzer die Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden.Pool wird von beiden Häusern mitbenutzt.Der Nachbar hat den Rasen gemäht.Definitiv kein Ort wo man sich erholen könnte.

Für uns war die Lage gut.

Nicht sauberes Haus,mit Bilden beworben,die nicht diesem Haus gehören.Es sind 2 Häuser.Wir haben keine Privatsphäre gehabt,da den ganzen Nachmittag durch die Besitzer die Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden.Pool wird von beiden Häusern mitbenutzt.Der Nachbar hat den Rasen gemäht.Definitiv kein Ort wo man sich erholen könnte.
