The apartment had all the facilities you need. Leimen turned out to be a good location for accessing Heidelberg and less touristy restaurants in the old town. Easy parking and shops nearby.
I had to ask for the access code a few hours before arrival as wenhad not received it. It was difficult to work out which apartment we were going to as no number was given. The number 8 would have been useful. A bedside lamp would have been useful in the bedroom as the main light is so bright!

Communication with the host was excellent. Free car parking was available, and the house was clean. The location is convenient if you have a car.
Although the house seemed to be fully equipped for cold weather, the lack of air conditioning and insect screens on all the windows was a problem during the hot period when we stayed there.

Sehr zentrale ruhige Lage, Einkaufmöglichkeit in Fussnähe, nähe in den Ort, Restaurants etc. Parkplatz vorm Haus, Waschmaschine vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank mi Tiefkühler,
Geschirr/besteck/Gläser nicht sauber, an heißen Tagen sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage), Verbesserungsvorschläge: in der Küchenzeile keine Steckdosen (nur mit langem Verlängerungskabel Kaffeemaschine/Mikrowelle/Toaster zu versorgen) Schlafzimmer nur Deckenlicht (Schalter am Gang) keine Nachtischlampen vorhanden,

Einfach zu buchen & finden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Im Vergleich sehr preiswert.
Wir waren schon im Dez. 2023 in der Casa Nero, damals über ABnB als Gabriel noch den Friseur Salon darunter Betrieb. Da war alles neu und pico-bello. Jetzt 3 Jahre später ist alles wie damals, nur eben komplett runtergerockt.
Matratzen durchgelegen, Duscharmaturen lose, Wände könnten gestrichen werden und die Fenster schließen so gut wie nicht...
Es sollte also dringend mal reinvestiert werden! Hier eine kleine Todo liste:
Einmal Wände grundreinigen/streichen. Matratzen neu, Armaturen neu, 3x Nachttischlampen und einen weiteren Spiegel (alles günstig bei Ikea), Fenster einstellen lassen und bei der aktuellen Wetterentwicklung wäre eine Klimaanlage der absolute Traum und würde eine Mieterhöhung rechtfertigen - denn bei 35°C ist die Wohnung ein Backofen. Im Winter ist sie dafür kalt, denn zwei elektro Heizkörper sollen die nicht voll funktionierende Heizung unterstützen.
