Heerlijk hotel voor een aantal dagen Surabaya

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was prima, lekker zwembad op het dakterras. Waar je ook kunt eten en drinken. Ontbijt buffet zeer uitgebreid

Geen rivier view.

De grootte van de kamer was fijn en er was een bankje. Leuk dakterras met zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Het personeel was niet erg behulpzaam. Je moest zelf de koffers de trap op en af dragen. Er was niet echt uitzicht op de rivier.

Personal muy amable, todo muy correcto

Tuvimos un problema después de hacer checkout y se esforzaron en darnos una solución. El personal muy amable. La piscina del rooftop estaba bien y en general todas las instalaciones y habitaciones.

Nos hicieron un up grade por el retraso en el transfer! La terraza de la piscina es muy agradable para tomar algo / cenar; cena correcta

Reservamos transfer aeropuerto-hotel y llego 90 min tarde!!! Dijeron que había atasco!!! Y luego nos querían cobrar 85.000 ode más!!!

good stay overall.

staff location great view from the top.

stained sheets. clean but still with stains. for me, they should be thrown away, not kept on and on. i would expect laundry service for such a hotel but this is a point to improve.

We loved the pool and the view from it. The breakfast had a wide range of tasty food. The personal was friendly and solved the door problem quickly.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner.

Good Location and Comfort

Good location with many sights within walking distance: old town, Chinatown and the Arab Quarter. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Desk, chaise longue, TV, coffee heater. The rear elevator allows direct access to the rooftop pool with its amazing views. Fast internet connection. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers both, Indonesian and Western dishes. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to put your shower gel on while you take yuor shower.

Spolied by lack support from Booking.com

The staff were very helpful by extending my stay, when my flight with Lion Air was cancelled 12 hours before the flight. One day after the cancellation I have still not received any support from Booking.com or Lion Air.

All good with the hotel. The lack of response by Booking.com to my stranding in Surabaya, due to the cancellation of my flight by Lion Air, was not good at all.

Exceptional

Nice clean hotel conveniently located in Surabaya. Surabaya is a bit of a sprawl, but the hotel is by the river and there are great streets for food nearby. Also walking distance from Pasar Turi train station and the old town. Swimming pool on roof was nice for actual swimming, when it wasn't filled with unsupervised kids.

Pillows were a bit oversized, which can be hard on the neck. Only one teabag and one coffee packet was provided, despite being a two person room.

The rooms were very nice, the beds were comfortable; WiFi was excellent; breakfast was very nice too; most of all the rooftop pool was amazing and the view amazing; bathrooms were very nice too

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Lobby drop off was too steep.

Big room. Breakfast was nice. Location is superb. Love the view from the room

Wifi was slow. Air conditioner is small so it take a while to get the room to be cooled

1. Closed from the mosque which is very noisy when adzan calling, especially for Subuh till 6 AM 2. AC can not cover the room as it's only 1 PK for such a big room 3. No AC in public area (corridor, lobby) and lifts 4. No hairdryer in the room, you have to borrow it from HK, and they will take it back after 1 hour 5. Towels are not clean (spot) 6. Window shades can not cover the light from outside 7. Need more lighting in bathroom and on the table

Good as transit hotel

We were there for one night, and booked the hotel for transit only. Location is great, 5 minutes from Pasar Turi station. Check in was super fast, but the AC are not turn on yet before you actually checked in. You need to request for an extra key card to keep your room circulate, whenever you need to go outside.

Comfy bed. Nice room. Helpful staff. Cool swimming pool. Next to some street-food restaurants at night.

It would be nice to have some deckchairs to relax around the swimming pool.

Disappointing

Big comfortable room and bed, large breakfast selection, nice roof top pool with good views

Sticky hand prints on the walls and windows in my room. I was on the floor under the pool and could hear the pool pump from my bedroom. I reported the issue and they immediately knew what I was talking about, so must be a common complaint. Asked them to deal with it… they didn’t do anything. Don’t take room on 11th floor.

Beautiful hotel, I could call that even boutique hotel. And the pool on the roof so nice to swimm :) I had a perfect stay there:) Hotel is just built, so all fresh new
