Beautifully decorated and in a great piazza location close to city and canals
The weather was very hot and the property uses a portable non refrigerated evaporative cooler and a fan. It worked ok but didn’t work so well against the heat and it was noisy to run through the night.

Leuke restaurants op wandelafstand en supermarkt in zelfde straat
Een luxeprobleem met de warmte, er is enkel een mobiele airco in de slaapkamer, maar die is ruim genoeg om met 4 in te slapen dus hebben we het zo opgelost

Posizione piuttosto centrale, appartamento piuttosto accogliente, completo di tutto.
Terzo piano senza ascensore con scale molto ripide: sconsigliatissimo per coppie con bimbi piccoli, passeggini e quant'altro e in generale per chi ha parecchi bagagli o problemi di deambulazione (o cardiaci!).
La pulizia lascia a desiderare: se si è abituati a standard di igiene medi la si riterrà sicuramente insufficiente. Palazzo fatiscente in generale.
Personale cordiale ma non si è palesato: contatti solo via SMS e istruzioni in remoto per recupero chiavi.
Onestamente, per 100 euro a notte, mi aspetterei un attimo più di impegno, di attenzione ai dettagli (igiene!) e di presenza. Troppo facile guadagnare così. Per quel costo meglio un albergo se è così.
