Our 1,560 SF 3 bedroom/3 bath condo (Unit 422) single level condo is located on the 4th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible. Fully remodeled in 2022, the kitchen is fully stocked and the condo features the usual amenities including , washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and a deck. Please note that both fireplaces are not operational (they current have battery operated candles in them). We have ordered electric inserts for both fireplaces which will not be in place before summer 2022). Bed Configuration: Single Level Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath 2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath 3rd Bedroom - 2 set of bunk beds (single over single) There is one assigned parking space on the 2nd floor of the building and additional vehicles can be parked in the main ski lots. The Eolus building features 2 hot tubs (year around) and swimming pool (summer only - kinda heated) on the ground floor). Due to HOA rules, the condo (and all condos in the building) is not pet friendly. Please do not bring your pets/emotional support animals. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
