Our stay was for our family Christmas. We had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for sleeping! Also lots of room for dining. It would have been nice if there were a few extra places to sit in the main living room. All in all, everything was great!!

Had a perfect location for our needs, with plenty of room for all 16 of us. There were a few glitches due to the stay before ours, but the house was exactly what we needed! It is dated in some aspects, but overall amenities were very accommodating. Communication with host was fantastic!

Not a new house, it has some wear but overall it served our purpose of a pool and a place to hang out as a large family.

We loved our stay here! The house is perfect for a large gathering, and the pool house is the icing on the cake. We had our older kids stay in the pool house while the adults slept in the main house. The dining room table seats 10 and the kitchen table seats 4 so we had plenty of space. The fridge, freezer, and pantry are huge and there are plenty of dishes for everyone. My only complaint (if it can be called that) is the lack of serving dishes and pitchers, but we easily made do. Everyone loved the pool, and the distance from Nashville wasn’t bad. Overall, I highly recommend staying here—it’s a fantastic and beautiful home.

This property was just the right size for our family. We wanted to be able to spend time with each other, and have enough rooms that everyone had their own space. The owner was quick and responsive with the questions that I had. If you're interested in heading into Nashville, it's just a short 25 minute drive. Downtown Franklin is only about 10 minutes down the road, and there is also a winery less than 5 minutes away. It was literally the perfect location for our extended family.
