Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We checked out at 10 am. That house needs work. Weould not recommend it. TV's did not work, beds were not comfortable, black greasy substance in closet door, blinds broken in kitchen, greasy substance on dining room table. Pretty disappointing.

The property was clean and location was great for us. The vertical blind in the kitchen was missing about half of its slats, and the property was not stocked with dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent, as Vacasa stated would be provided. Otherwise fine.

This rental is very good for 2 to 6 people. Though the features are a bit dated, and the kitchen was lacking in silverware, overall the place was spotlessly clean, conveniently located, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The 1-star rating for communication is this: We called late Friday upon checking in about a possible missing Roku TV remote. We never got a call back.

Very comfortable stay. Amenities felt like you were home away from home. Great location; quick access to convenience store, markets and restaurants. A 5 min. drive to the beach. Thank you for sharing your home and to Vacasa for checking in to make sure our stay went well.

Msrijuana was reeking in this property. We had to buy several cans of air freshners and febreeze to try and eliminate the stench. As soon as we walked in it hit us. We also had to buy trash bags and toilet paper. Front window had torn screen. Master bedroom quilt had stain. Was clean but still a stain. Back patio needs cleaned ..powerwashed as well as front entrance. The cleaning staff left large bin on front porch which had dirty linen and smelled. Who wants to sit with that on porch? The owner brought trash bags on first night with box of arm n hammer carpet oder eliminator. We spead it upstairs and downstairs and then had to vacuum everything. Took couple hours. We opened all windows turned fans on and plugged in air purifier thst Vacasa supplied. It helped somewhat but did not eliminate the odor. We literally could taste it thats how bad it was. On a positive note the condo location was terrific. The pool and tennis court was also a great plus for us. We have used Vacasa several times and trust smoke free clean rentals. This one was not.

Nice townhouse in a cute little neighborhood that offered a quiet visit but yet was super close to everything Bethany Beach has to offer! The home is comfortable, roomy and well-maintained, plus includes comforts of home like family games, snuggling blankets, and towels/linens that are provided. The neighborhood pool was super close and sometimes we even had it to ourselves! Would definitely recommend!!
