This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors' tranquility. Local code ordinance strictly enforces a quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Additionally, the maximum occupancy of the property is strictly enforced by local regulations. Parking Limitation: The property can accommodate parking for up to 4 vehicles on-site. We kindly ask that there are never more than 4 vehicles at the property at any given time. Pet-Friendly Policy: We understand that pets are part of the family. With owner approval, pets are allowed at Palm Oasis. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so that we can ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your furry friend.
