Due to construction at the front Entrance, I was only able to see the backside of the hotel, which was unattractive (a cheap motel feel to them) and hard to find. The Manager on duty was absolutely fantastic! My room was quite nice and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

When we got here, had to call to have someone meet us to check in . Room looks new - micro, fridge - no utensils- no coffee pot ( around corner is a keurig) nothing no cups . No hairdryer, tv did not work ( she came and tried and apologized, offered to move us at 8 pm) roach in room. Instruction at check in would have been good - we went out and bought a bag of ice.

We were a little skeptical when we pulled up, typical, old Florida motel feel but the room was newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that TV options were limited and the "pastries and coffee" others mentioned, weren't offered to us. Would definitely stay there again as it had lots of walkable dining and bar options.

I wasn't quite sure about the first impression, but I was quite surprised and impressed with the total make over of the rooms. I would stay again and I would recommend this to anyone looking, not a vacation resort, but a terrific place to stay. Ernie from Vermont

Office wasn't always open. Trash around parking area in back. Room was old and needed updating. Lamp cords had electrical tape on them. Tv wasn't plugged in. Channel selection was limited. Train tracks across the street was sometimes loud. No soap for handwashing.

Quaint, charming old Florida style motel. Room was great! Had a living room area and a bedroom divided by a door, which allowed me to stay up and watch TV without disturbing my other guest.

Me and my husband stayed here for a night before heading to our port to leave on a cruise. I wish we could have stayed longer. They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite just to be nice and it was wonderful. They have updated the rooms and are updating the property as well and it’s just so homey feeling. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great for the most part and we enjoyed everything. The only thing I was slightly upset by was not being informed they were going to charge me the $100 deposit, YES you get it back in a few days, but we were about to go out of the country and they never told me about it until after I saw it on my account and asked them. Besides that everything was great and if we go back to that area we will be staying there again! :)

My wife and I were headed back to Orlando from a business trip and decided to stay here on a whim. WOW!!!! We were super impressed. The room was completely remodeled and beautiful. Corey and Rob were amazing hosts, even better than most high end hotels. We will be back again!!!

Great stay! I really loved the general area, right near great restaurants, and the beach. The manager Rob was really helpful with local restaurants etc and helping me get settled. Overall a really nice place and will definitely come back

This property had such a quaint, unique hangout area in the middle of the property that I liked very much. But what really impressed me was the night manager, Corey. Never have I witnessed a harder working or friendly employee at any motel or hotel I’ve stayed at. He jumped from assisting one guest right into assisting another while maintaining a bright temperament. He was very attentive and friendly. The room I had at this property was clean and very comfortable.

When we first drove up we were not sure we would stay, but decided to at least check out the room. When we went around the corner we saw the garden area which was more like what we saw online. The room was clean and nice, so we stayed. Bed was comfortable. Disappointed when we wanted coffee in the morning....no cream or sugar (only pink packets). OK for those who drink it black.

Exterior is throwback to 60s days of small motels. Created some anxiety pre-check in. Room 3 (out of 18 to 20) was well appointed. Clean, small footprint (sleep, dress, etc). Bathroom small/narrow but clean and well appointed. Closet minimal but worked fine. Garden area for coffee was friendly. Good tanning if you want.

sold home & needed an affordable close place to land for a few days. Close to 95 & good restaurants & bars. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and updated bathroom was nice. Easy parking.

This motel has a great location: convenient to stores, dining and the beach. Some of the rooms have been newly renovated but our room was only partially renovated. The bathroom was unsatisfactory: no toilet paper or dispenser (just a rusty piece of metal on the wall) and poorly installed/leaky faucets and a shower that needs further renovation. There was also an empty space on the wall above a desk where a mirror should have been. Staff were apologetic and quick to try to rectify the problems but we checked out after one night and found another/better hotel nearby.

Very pretty well kept patio. Unfortunately, I was never able to use it because there were always employees sitting out there smoking cigarettes. There’s actually a smoking station right outside the door of my room with a chair and ashtray where a lady sat every morning. I had to walk through her cloud of smoke to get out of my room.

Room was very clean but located in a very busy area near a train track. There was constant noise (day/night) from loud trains and traffic. There was, at best, luke warm water for showers. For the price charged, I could have stayed at a nicer hotel with more amenities. Will not stay here again!
