Located in Montrose, this lovely house for $98 per night is a great choice for your next break. This clean and comfy bungalow sits in the heart of Montrose within walking distance of restaurants, brew pubs, groceries, parks, and more! Whether you are in town to ski Telluride, visit the Black Canyon, see family, or take care of business, this well- appointed little house is perfect for you! There is a bedroom with a brand new queen bed, newly remodeled bathroom, full kitchen, large living room, and a bonus room with a futon and large closet space. Washer and dryer are available in bonus room. Your pets are welcome, and there is a small private backyard, as well as a larger fenced in common area right out your door. Spread out and enjoy your time…there is plenty of storage for your luggage and toys, as well as private parking spots just out the back door! Enjoy a fresh brewed cup in the morning at The Coffee Trader, about 25 steps away! Telluride is 75 minutes away, Black Canyon National Park a mere 20 ( and the cross country skiing is great up there this time of year!) and Ouray Hot Springs is a 35 minute drive. This comfy bungalow is perfect for couples or families!

This little place was perfect for the 2 of us for a long weekend. The place was spotless, and organized.

This simple and small house has everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was clear and easy. And the location was super convenient for all we had planned in the area.

I was pleased with the dwelling. I had a difficult time getting the futon to fold out, so I called Tracy about it. Paul came over and set it up for me. I love the set up and town of Montrose. Thank you

Cute, well decorated house. House was well supplied with linens, towels, dishware, soap, shampoo, coffee, and creamer. The gravel backyard is fenced in but we picked up nails and sharp shards of siding making it dangerous for our dog to be out. The listing stated that the house was air-conditioned but it was not, making it uncomfortably warm inside. The neighborhood is kind of run down and noisy with traffic.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had a private, small fenced yard for our dog. It would have been nice to have a few chairs to sit on outside. Parking space directly behind the house. The ac unit in the living room was quite loud and the bonus room was very warm (no ac) Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My partner and our dog did a quick weekend trip and it was everything we needed and more! Perfect to visit the national park and Ouray!
