The property where the accommodations are located is located in the town of Labastide d'Anjou, a small village with all shops located 30 minutes from Carcassonne and 40 minutes from Toulouse, and 10km from the exits of the A61 motorway.
Canal du Midi at 2 km, and the Canal du Midi is an UNESCO World Heritage Site 500m away for beautiful walks or bike rides along the water's edge, and in the shade of hundred-year-old trees, and 20 minutes from the Montagne Noire and its lakes from the Canal du Midi.

Your accommodations are composed of two houses completely renovated and furnished with care and up to date, which can accommodate a maximum of 25 people, children included, thanks to 9 beautiful bedrooms including 3 large suites and 7 bathrooms. Due to a third gîte on the property when there are no parties, it is requested during the very high season (July and August) not to exceed 20 people including children.
A beautiful fully private and heated swimming pool, open from April to mid-October, a private bowling alley, a Ping pong table and a jacuzzi (optional), as well as a football field for young and old.
Two kitchens open to the living room (one of which has a functional fireplace) and a large dining room adjoining one of the houses for large tables. Bar with plancha (gas 25€ per stay), two outdoor terraces not overlooked. Two small cats reside within the property, and 7 horses will be neighbors during your stay. No nuisance, flowered garden, orchard with fruit available depending on the season.
Outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people optional and on request (150 euros). Music allowed only inside the accommodation and until 11pm, except for parties allowed with supplement.
The accommodation offered for rent is not a private villa, it is two cottages located next to each other, in a large 18th century property completely renovated.
Parties are not allowed unless requested and accepted by the owners (provide supplement, price depending on the period; access to a party room with sound system/lights). Dogs are not allowed.
