Communication was excellent and the check in access was very easy indeed.
Room was perfectly large enough, clean and comfortable.
Amenities, whilst not used were good (fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine).
Complimentary (shared) shower gel/shampoo was a nice touch. 4 towels also great..
The sound proofing isn't great, certainly you can hear showers and so on, but I knew what to expect for the price. These are individual rooms, with shared facilities. It is also in a main square, so you will have late evening/early morning noise. That goes with the territory of staying in cheapish accommodation that is very central.

Emplacement parfait, a coté de la rue principal, digicode ultra facile de rentrer dans l'appartement à toute heure, propreté et confortable parfait rien a redire, très propre moderne et beau meme les 2 salles de bains commune
peu mieux être isoler mais cest pas du tout dérangeant

The room was nice, with big bed and good working AC.
The whole complex is very clean and it was quiet.
The location is superb, very central and also close to the beach area (within a short walk).
the price was a bargain as well.

Estuvo bien todo menos al abrir la puerta que es con código y estuve 1 h intentando y no abría y eso es lo que no me gustó lo demás estuvo muy bien y muy céntrico de todo , me voy contenta pero no volvería por lo de la puerta . Gracias.
