Nothing compare the photos

The cosiness of the place, that’s all

There was a chimney smoke in the house, it took us half and hour by chasing host to manage to get in to the house. The general cleaning wasn’t good. There were some plastics and other things on the floor. As i am asthmatic couldn’t sleep because of the chimney smell and smoke in side the room( deep note: we didn’t burn the fire place)

Disappointed

The location and was so easy to find, all the comfort with tv kitchen supplies etc

As you enter the entrance door a bad strong smell of a close and abandoned room or like something rotten very strong that you want to leave instead of staying. I open the door of the room same smell I open the windows and left for about 5 hours and was better. As I tried to have a shower my feet where in a lake up to the ankle and waited a wile for the water to go down the drain. Disgusting

This property needs to be removed from booking.com and reported to health and safety!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

If I could give minus stars I would! DO NOT STAY HERE! Property stank of damp and mould. Bathroom was full of mould and soaked all over! Floors were visibly not swept or clean. Spider webs all over property and under bed. Visible mould all over bathroom - when we entered walls, floor, shower curtain were all wet. Toilet paper was wet. Appeared their cleaner went in for a shower rather than to clean. Black hairs in the bed. Property was freezing even though we had to provide check in time - why couldn’t they go in and turn the heating on before we got there?

We checked out after 24hours! as my partners asthma was triggered. There was so much mould. Owners were rude, they said we placed and made the mess - it’s impossible for us to put mould in the bathroom or spider webs over night! They ignored our complaints and refused to refund the rest of our stay. Booking.com customer service was useless. We had an itinerary to follow and so didn’t report this until the morning after we checked in and the property are trying to claim that we made the mess. Like I said- mould takes ages to grow, especially at this volume! This property is a health and safety risk! The amount of mould was horrific. The smell was revolting. The cutlery was dirty, everything was dirty. I wish I could add more images and photos. There is no where to sit outside. No where to park.
