Good, quite location. 500m to the beach and aprox 1km to the train station and city center which makes it perfect. Also bus stop for the airport just across the street.
Apartment was clean and cozy, only minor downside is the very small kitchen area.
Be aware that it lacks direct sunlight, being at the ground floor with all the trees from the park in vicinity. During summer time this is probably a good thing as it doesn’t get that hot inside.
The addition of an automated coffee machine will probably make the apartment perfect

L’appartement est bien situé, les chambres sont très jolies et avoir deux salles de bains et très appréciable.
Nous aurions apprécié avoir une machine à café automatique et une vrai climatisation, celle existante ne refroidissait pas assez à notre goût
