Everything! The bed was comfy. The heated bathroom floors were to die for!

I wish there were more handheld food options on the Lodge menu. The burger was good. However, a nice buffalo wing or club sandwich would also be great! Also, this place has a very adult atmosphere. I was very surprised to see children there. Making the lodge Adult only after certain hours would be nice. Also, if there was a little steamer added in the room that would be nice. Though my room was amazing. It being on the 1st floor, you can hear the people above you. Even the running water through the pipes behind the wall. That was the only downside.

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond. we were upgraded, they were responsive to messages, made us feel so welcome. the food for dinner was top quality. breakfast could have been a bit better in terms of choices.

my only comment is the overall pricing for one night with dinner was steep. everything else was amazing

The view was amazing the Japanese cedar tub was the best part of the entire trip

The staff was drinking even when showing us to our room, there was a pretentious air about the bartender who had seemed more than annoyed we were down there ordering drinks later in the night we also had to leave to get dinner twice rather than stay at the hotel in our own comfort they didn’t allow room service to be made for people who didn’t pay for a special tapas event that night we had no idea about it it was 200 dollars a person and when we thought about it and wanted to join we weren’t allowed because we didn’t pay in advance ? Very stupid . So after hiking and doing stuff not on the campground because we ran out of things to do there the first day we weren’t allowed to eat there , we also went for coffee there in the morning and they had given me expired milk the young man behind the counter said the fridge wasn’t working…. We paid 800 dollars for our stay to not be allowed to join dinner and to be given spoiled milk

The lodge was beautiful. Staff was exceptional, bathrobes and decor were nice

No coffee available, water pressure in shower terrible, thin walls, overpriced
