Disappointing

The small house is quite comfortable (when not including the very small room outside). It has a big leaving room and an acceptable kitchen.

A few things stick out. The location is quite remote and there is no lighting. There is a small bedroom separated from the house which we didn't use because it was cold and it does not have it's own bathroom... making it very incovenient. The shower has some mold and when we arrived I had to turn on the water heater and wait quite a bit until the water had heated up. But above all: clean before leaving and take pictures! They will check every surface (even if it was already dirty before you arrived) and since there is a clause in the contract they will make you pay an absurd fee for the amount of work needed to clean. I will not be staying at these places again and if you do be prepared to be unconfortable when staying in the outside bedroom and be prepared to clean the house and take pictures as proof.

Außer die Zufahrt zum Haus ein absoluter Traum.

Es liegt sehr ruhig und mitten im Grünen. Das Zentrum liegt 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Grundstück liegt geschützt zu den Nachbarhäusern. Der mit Holz beheizbare Hottub war die pure Entspannung bei Wind- und Wetter. Holz hierfür bekommt man im Drive in bei Bauhaus und in der Nachbarschaft bei dem Pferdehof um die Ecke.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Katastrophe und unterirdisch. Trotz langsamsten fahren von der obrigen Zufahrt sind wir einige Male aufgesetzt. Hier ist dringend eine Verbesserung notwendig.

Skøn lille perle ved Kolding Fjord.

Fantastisk udsigt - og lækker med vildmarksbadet. Meget roligt beliggende sommerhus.

Man skal være lidt opmærksom, når man skal ud af indkørslen, da belægningen på grusvejen er meget løs.
