The location was excellent for visiting the Al-Hambra. Luckily, the street was quiet and the bathroom was modern. Found an excellent place nearby for breakfast and lunch but not many people speak English. Not a problem though.
Not always easy to communicate as most of their guests are clearly Spanish. Still, worked out in the end. They were very responsive to helping me get into their apartment despite the language barrier.

"Excellent location. Property has everything you need. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Comfy bed. Soft towels. Perfect for two people, not sure about the sofa-bed because we didn’t try. Fridge and freezer. Terrace..."
