Everything was really amazing!
The communication for check-in was clear.
The room was very clean and had everything you need such as cups, plates, kettle, microwave, etc.
The warm blankets on the bed was a pleasant surprise! And the host even had it turned on for our late arrival, as it was super cold!
The room even had aircon, which made it even more luxurious. We had a fabulous stay.
The geyser was on a timer, which we were not informed of before our arrival. Because we checked in late, we had to take a cold shower that night. The booklet in the room mentioned that the host could switch the geyser on for us, but by then it was too late for that evening. A heads-up on this before check-in would have made a real difference.

Featherhouse is situated in the Colesberg CBD within easy walking distance of the most popular restaurants and other amenities. I welcomed the security features and felt safe during my stay. The friendly welcome by the host, and the spotlessly clean and fresh apartment contributed to a positive experience.
Current renovation of the property (paving of driving and parking areas) presented a small temporary inconvenience but will add great value to the property once completed.

Lovely rooms and pretty clean overall . Comfortable bed and electric blanket was great. All good except one unfortunate overlook....
Unfortunately someone (last guest) left what appeared to be black snot or something on the underside of the duvet. Also finger marks of wiping. Sheet and blanket underneath duvet so no exposure and I'm sure no one expects that but certain people are disgusting exceptions to decent behaviour. Staff must check better in future. Bit horrid...

Spacious bathroom
The bed mattress is very poor. The grounds are untidy. The bed linen should be replaced with duvets etc. The neighbourhood dogs does not stop barking at night. Location is dodgy.
