Convenient location with many eateries surrounding the area

Great food and coffee and reasonably priced.
Cafe was quiet and not crowded.
Airconditioning was just right.
The 15% discount for inhouse guests was a pleasant surprise.
Do continue to encourage more dining by guests.
The front of hotel could be more welcoming and presentable with some hardy plants.
Perhaps also wash or clean the floor periodically.

The location was very good for me as it is nearby my family's house in Stampin. Parking during CNY was easy, for when my family picked me up. Response for amenities request always met quickly.
The shower pressure was weak - this was a major disappointment. The windows behind the curtains are also quite dirty.
