This is our third time here, as we love nature, the spa centre and the food is very delicious. The staff was pleasant and quite helpful and our accomodation was quite comfortable. The addition of a water boiler for coffee in the room was a plus. However, there are some things that ought to be refined in order for the stay to earn its 4-star rating.
Children under 16 frequented the spa centre, which was against the rules. We had a large balcony, which was very spacious, but not adequately furnished, with only a table and a few chairs to cover the rather large area. In one instance, we waited for our dinner way longer than expected and our waiter was visibly nervous, as the restaurant hosted someone’s birthday party. The prices were much higher than last year, but the service stayed the same. There weren’t enough poolchairs to suit all of the guests.

Od vrhunskog Spa (nezaboravna masaza, sauna, relaksacija…) i odlicnih bazena, do savrsenih vecera sa superusluznim osobljem cijelog hotela i restorana…Top preporuka za sve koji planiraju opustanje, dobar san, laganu setnjicu prirodom, obilnu i superukusnu hranu ;)

Lokacija i sami ambijent hotela u šumi je fantastičan; budjenje uz crvkut ptica; otvoreni jacuzzi
Duhanski dim u restoranu, jer dio za pušače i nepušače nije fizički odvojen. Veliki minus, posebno što smo sa malom bebom.
Kasno služenje doručka iza 8 sati, dok se objekat još čisti i do 9 sati.
