Very clean and staffs were responding to questions or requests quickly.
There was no WiFi at all for my stay, also not much pots or pans or rice cooker for the kitchen, not really equipped for cooking. Not sure if it was a glitch but additional vehicle added at pre checkin was never added so we had to add it again on top of paying for the first time parking. It’s not a huge amount but very confusing.

Spacious apartment with all sorts of mod cons like dry cleaning drawers, fancy touch button shelves and multiple bidets. Very good for families 5-6 people have plenty of space.
Room was cleaned daily and the building is immaculate with plenty of parking spaces.
Location is not great - think carefully if you want to be in central Busan and if you have a car. I’ve done both and better to book in the city to be honest.
WIFI!!! Could not work remotely as the WiFi connection is very unstable / only worked a few hours a day.
Bathroom on second floor had a very strong raw sewage smell on the first day possibly after recent rain.
Air conditioning unit has a really bright LED you cannot turn off at night

We were 6 people and needed to cook. There are not enough plates and cutlery. They did not provide more on request. We needed to go to a supermarket and even buy a cooking bowl to cook rice. There are no instructions. You have 4 aircons, but only one remote. So you cannot use the aircon. There should have been a microwave and an oven. That is not correct. There is a hybrid unit. We needed to cook twice due to the available space in the oven/microwave. We had been assigned an apartment different from what we bought and it was quite difficult to get moved to a correct one. Booking.com never helped. We lost a whole day of our holiday because of all the problems. The place is probably good for couples or Koreans. The service is like a hotel, but without a safe to store valuables. So we had to demand them not to enter the apartment once we were gone.
